东营市土地利用方式转变的实践与思考

Practice and Thoughts on Land Use Conversion in Dongying City

摘要:

在《黄河三角洲高效生态经济区发展规划》和《山东半岛蓝色经济区发展规划》两大国家战略——“黄蓝战略”出台后，东营市作为唯一完全纳入两大战略规划范围内的城市，加快了转变土地利用方式的步伐。该文对东营市“黄蓝战略”前后的土地利用进行比较分析，总结了东营市在土地利用方式转变上的经验，对其未来更好地利用土地进行了思考。

Abstract:

After the release of two national strategies ("Yellow and Blue Strategies") as "Development Plan of the Yellow River Delta Efficient Ecological Economic Zone "and "Blue Economic Zone Development Plan in Shandong Peninsula" , as the only city which is fully brought into the scope of the two strategic planning area, the pace of changing land use model has been sped up in Dongying city. In this paper, land use models in Dongying city before and after the release of the "Yellow and Blue Strategies" have been compared and analyzed, experiences in land use conversion have been summarized, and countermeasures for good land use in the future have been put forward.
