烟台市土地出让收益现状探析

Study on Present Condition of Land Revenue in Yantai City

摘要:

土地出让收益与地方经济社会发展密切相关，近几年，烟台市土地收益出现下滑，土地出让量下降明显，面临的形势较严峻。结合烟台实际，对现状进行了深入探讨，究其下滑原因除受宏观环境影响外还与自身工作不足有关；并就下步工作提出了切实可行的解决办法。

Abstract:

Land revenue is closely related to local economic and social development. In recent years, land revenue has declined in Yantai city, and the amount of land transfer also has decreased significantly. Combining with acutal conditon of Yantai city, present conditon of land revenue has been studied. It is regarded that reasons for its declining affected by the macro-economic environment and the lack of government work. On these basis, practical countermeasures have been put forward to solute this problem.
