Countermeasures and Suggestions on Concentrated Land in Yantai Economic and Technological Development Zone

摘要:

近年来，烟台经济技术开发区虽然在节约集约用地方面取得了一定的成绩，但还远远满足不了当地经济的快速发展需求，还存在土地集约利用程度不高、区域规划布局欠科学合理、土地闲置等问题。提出了更新节约集约用地理念、提高土地利用效益、构建科学用地规划体系、强化土地配置市场机制等对策建议。

Abstract:

In recent years, certain achievements have been gained in concentrated land use by Yantai Economic and Technological Development Zone Branch Bureau. But it still can not meet the demand for rapid development of the local economy. There still occurs some problems, such as the degree of concentrated land use is low, layout of regional planning is not scientific and rational, and land is idle. Thus, relative countermeasures are put forward as follows: updating the concept of concentrated land use, improving the efficiency of land use, building science and land use planning system, and strengthening the market mechanism.
