根据乡镇具体情况，以《城镇土地分等定级规程》为依据，选择实际因素因子，建立合理的分等指标体系，进行乡镇土地分等工作，为乡镇基准地价更新平衡工作提供参考，探索一条简便易行的乡镇土地分等的路子。

Abstract:

According to specific circumstances of the township, in accordance with "Urban land classification procedures", selecting actual factors, a reasonable classification index system has been established, and township land classification work has been carried out. It will provide a references for updating the balance work of standard land price in towns. It will explore an easy path of township land classification.
