土地开发整理规划实施评价方法探讨

摘要:

土地开发整理规划实施评价是为适应经济社会环境变化的要求，对原有规划目标的实现程度及保障措施的执行效果进行评价，评价其对经济、社会和环境的影响情况，并调整完善。该文分析了评价的目的和原则，从定性和定量两个方面对评价方法进行分析，建立了土地开发整理规划实施综合评价指标体系及评价模型，并对评价结果进行等次划分。

Abstract:

Land development and planning implementation evaluation can meet the requirements of economic and social environment changes. It can evaluate the implementation effect of realization and protection measures of the original planning goals and evaluate the economic, social and environmental impact, and adjust and improve the method. In this paper, the purposes and principles of the evaluation have been analyzed, evaluation methods have been analyzed from the aspects of qualitative and quantitative, comprehensive evaluation index system and evaluation model of the implementation of land development and planning have been established, and the degrees of evaluation results have been classified.
