Design and Implementation of Land and Resources Administrative Examination and Approval System in Linyi City

摘要:

临沂市加强信息化建设力度，按照统一标准建立国土资源基础数据库，实现全市国土资源行政许可审批数字化，实现全市国土资源行政许可网上联合审批、批项目备案管理、数据共享。该文论述了临沂市国土资源行政许可审批系统的总体框架和功能设计，详细介绍了该系统的项目申报管理、项目进度管理、督查督办等功能。系统实现了市局和县（区）局统一网上办公，实现了行政审批电子化、业务信息化、监管网络化管理。

Abstract:

In order to strengthen information construction, and according to uniform standard, basis database of land and resources has been established. It wil realize digitalization of land resources administrative licensing approval, realize joint examining and approving, batch project record management, data sharing of land and resource administrative license online. In this paper, overall frame and function design of land and resources administrative examination and approval system in Linyi city have been studied, project management, project schedule management, supervision and other functions of this system have been introduced in detail. This system can realize unified online office between the bureaus of cities and counties (areas) , implement the administrative examination and approval, supervision of electronic business information, network management.
