建设基本农田保护示范区，以建设促保护，对促进耕地的可持续发展具有重要意义。近年来，临沂市为进行示范区建设采取了多种措施，取得了显著的成果，揭示了该工作的一般性规律，具有较好的理论与实践意义。

Abstract:

Construction of basic farmland demonstration areas is a measurement for building and protecting farmland. It is very important to promote sustainable development of arable land. In recent years, various countermeasures have been carried out to build demonstration areas by Linyi city, and has achieved many significant effects. It will provide important theoretical and practical significance for carrying out this work.
