惠民县土地管理利用现状分析及对策措施

Analysis on Present Condition and Countermeasures of Land Management and Utilization in Huimin County

摘要:

随着经济社会的快速发展和工业化、城镇化的顺利推进，惠民县土地供应制约矛盾日益突出。该文对全县土地管理利用现状以及存在的问题进行了调查分析，提出严格用地标准、挖掘盘活存量、加强用地监管、实施整理复垦及加大查处力度等一系列对策。

Abstract:

Accompanying with rapid economic and social development, and propulsion of industrialization and urbanization, contradiction of land supply constraints have become increasingly prominent. In this paper, present condition and problems occurred in land management and utilization have been analyzed. Some countermeasures are put forward, such as strictly standardizing land use, mining and revitalizing land stock, strengthening land use regulation, implementating land consolidation and reclamation, and strengthening sufficient investigation and treatment.
