数字济宁地理信息空间框架建设项目是国家示范项目。其中，济宁市建城区100km2三维数据采集制作是该项目主要内容之一。该文通过介绍济宁市建城区三维数据采集制作的技术路线、生产流程等，全面阐述了三维数据采集制作的整个工艺流程。实行多标段划分和监理制负责质量控制，是有效地控制项目质量和项目工期的有效措施。

Abstract:

Digital Jining geographic information space frame construction projects is a national demonstration project. Among them, 3D data acquisition production with the square of 100km2 in Chengjian district of Jining city is one of the main contents of the project. Through introduction of technical road and production process of collection and production technology of 3D data, the entire process of making three-dimensional data acquisition has been introduced. The implementation of multi-bid-stage division and supervision system can control the quality and duration of the project.
