临沭县农村宅基地管理初探

Primary Study on Rural Homestead Management in Linshu County

摘要:

宅基地问题是当前农村土地管理中的热点、难点问题，现行宅基地管理制度必须进行创新。立足临沭县农村宅基地管理工作实际，分析当前宅基地管理中存在的问题和原因，提出科学管理宅基地的基本思路，重点是以信息化建设推进精细化管理，构建全新的农村宅基地管理模式。

Abstract:

Homestead is the hot and difficult issues in rural land management at present. The existing homestead management system must be innovated. Based on actual work of rural homestead management in Linshu county, problems and origins of homestead management have been analyzed, and basic ideas of scientific management of homestead have been put forward.The construction of informatization should be promoted. Thus, a new rural homestead management model can be set up.
