莱芜市钢城区农村建设用地整治工作分析

Analysis on Remediation of Rural Construction Using Land in Gangcheng District of Laiwu City

摘要:

农村土地整治挖潜是乡镇企业发展解决用地瓶颈的重要举措，是落实科学发展观的具体体现，对于统筹城乡经济社会发展，加速改善农村面貌，实现城乡经济、社会、环境协调发展具意义重要。通过分析莱芜市钢城区农村土地整治挖潜的现状与问题，就今后如何做好农村建设用地整理、复垦提出建议。

Abstract:

Potentiality exploration and remediation of rural land is an important way for township enterprises to solve the land use. It is the concrete embodiment of implementing the scientific concept of development. It has important significance in overall planning urban and rural economic and social development, accelerating the improvement of economic, social, and environmental development inrural and urban areas. Through analysis on present condition and problems occurred in rural land remediation and potentiality exploration, suggestions are put forward to do rural construction land consolidation and reclamation well.
