济南市土地利用现状探析

Study on Present Condition of Land Use in Jinan City

摘要:

利用综合分析、综合指数、文献资料等方法对济南市土地利用现状进行了分析，研究结果表明，济南市的土地利用和土地资源集约处于发展期；土地资源生态质量处于发展衰退期，由于经济的高速发展，土地生态资源遭到了一定的破坏；土地资源和土地利用综合指数都较前几年有明显提高，土地集约处于发展提高期，反映土地集约程度显著提高和改善。

Abstract:

By using comprehensive analysis, compherensive index and literature information, present condition of land use in Jinan city has been analyzed. It is showed that land use and land resource concentration in Jinan city are in a development stage, but the land resource ecology is in the recession stage. Due to rapid development of economy, ecological environment has been damaged, and composite index of land resources and land use in Jinan city have significantly increased over the previous years. Concentrated land use is in a rapid developing stage. It reflects that concentration degree has been promoted and improved.
