临沂市矿产资源开发利用调查与思考

Investigation and Thoughts on Mineral Resources Development and Utilization in Linyi City

摘要:

临沂市矿产资源丰富，具有种类多、储量大的优势，近年来矿产资源勘查、开发和利用成效明显，矿业经济已经成为全市经济社会发展的支柱性产业之一。但是，资源后备不足、集约化开发程度不够、矿山地质环境恢复治理难度大等问题仍然比较突出。针对这些问题，通过对临沂市矿产资源开发利用情况调查研究，从加大地质找矿力度、加快矿业结构调整、培育壮大龙头企业、强化开发秩序监管、强化矿产地质环境保护等方面提出了具体对策。

Abstract:

Linyi city is rich in mineral resources with the advantages of many kinds of large reserves. In recent years, mineral resources exploration, development and utilization have gained obvious effects. The mining economy has become one of the pillar industries in economic and social development. However, there still occurred some problems, such as the lack of resources reserve, lack of intensive development, difficulties in restoration and treatment of geological environment in mines. Pointing to these problems, through survey and research on present condition of development and utilization of mineral resources in Linyi city, relative countermeasures are put forward as follows: strengthening prospecting power and force, speeding up the adjustment of mining structure, cultivating the growth of the leading enterprises, strengthening the supervision of development order, and strengthening environmental protection of geology and mineral resources.
