平阴县耕地后备资源现状与开发复垦探析

Study and Analysis on Present Condition Development and Reclamation of Arable Reserve Resources in Pingyin County

摘要:

对平阴县耕地后备资源的分布类型、现状及开发复垦的适宜性进行全面评价，指出开发过程中存在的问题，指出平阴县耕地后备资源开发复垦过程中，应制定专项规划、开拓筹资渠道、强化管理及加强后续管理等工作。

Abstract:

Distribution types, present condition, development and reclamation suitability of arable reserve resources in Pingyin county have been evaluated comprehensively in this paper. Problems occurred in the development process have been pointed out as well. It is regarded that during the process of development and reclamation of farmland reserve resources, a special plan should be made, funding channels should be widened, and management and follow-up management should be strengthened.
