Abstract:Pointing to the origins of illegal land use in base in Linshu county, a new supervision mechanism named "Six in One" has been established, they are discovery, reporting, restraint, investigate, eliminate and accountability. Through the reform of law enforcement supervision system, law enforcement and supervision teams have been depended, scientific and technical content of law enforcement has been strengthened, and longterm law enforcement to monitoring mechanism has been improved. It will effectively resolve the difficult problems in finding, prohibiting and conducting illegal use of land and resources. It will provide references for strengthening law enforcement work of land and resources.
