摘要:

菏泽市牡丹区针对区内人均耕地少、土地后备资源不足，与加快推进工业化、城镇化、现代化发展急需增加用地日益突出的矛盾。本着“盘活存量，集约用地”的原则，牡丹区采取有效措施，强力推进土地节约集约利用工作，较好地拓展了项目落地空间，保障了经济社会发展需要，实现了土地利用效益与经济社会效益的“双赢”目标。

Abstract:

Pointing to less average arable land and lack of land resources, accompanying with increasingly prominent urgent need for accelerating industrialization, urbanization and modernization, based on the principle of "make an inventory of stock and intensive land" , effective countermeasures have been carried out to strongly promote the intensive use of land conservation work. It will expand the project, ensure economic and social development, and achieved economic and social benefits.
