安丘市建设用地需求预测及供需矛盾研究

Study on Demand Forecasting and the Contradiction between Supply and Demand of Construction Land in Anqiu City

摘要:

以安丘市为例，通过对1999—2008年间建设用地面积变化趋势的分析，以及对安丘市建设用地增加的驱动力研究，采用平均增长率法、回归分析法和趋势分析法，预测分析安丘市2020年的建设用地需求量；通过对安丘市土地利用现状分析，依据上级规划和其他相关规定，分析安丘市2020年建设用地供给量，以此来探讨安丘市建设用地可能的供需矛盾，提出有效的解决方案。

Abstract:

In this paper, setting Anqiu city as an example, through analysis on changing tendency of construction using land from 1996 to 2008, and study on driving forces of increasing demand of construction using land in 2020, by using average mean increment method, regression analysis and trend analysis method, the demand of construction using land in 2020 in Anqiu city has been predicated and analyzed. Through analysis on present condition of land utilization, according to land plan and other regulations, the supply of construction using land in 2020 in Anqiu city has been analyzed, the possible contradiction between supply and demand of construction using land in Anqiu city has been analyzed and available strategies for solving the contradiction has been put forward as well.
