Abstract:As an important part of human resources development, training is a continuing source of competitiveness. Development of the organization in addition to actively introduce talents, but also through education and training to improve the quality of talents. Thus,the development goal can be realized. Geological exploration industry had experienced the development of low in the 1990s,and caused a large number of geological personnel transfer and loss.Thus,there is a age "fault" in professional and technical staff. Pointing to these problems, setting Shandong Geophysical and Geochemical Exploration Institute as an example, some countermeasures are put forward to make an inventory of existing human resources, and to build talent team relying on comprehensive and effective staff training.
