土地开发整理对于保障国家粮食安全，提高农村土地利用效率，促进资源可持续利用具有重要意义。济南市近年来在土地开发整理工作中取得了显著的成效。通过对济南市土地开发整理工作中经验和创造性工作方法的分析总结，进一步揭示该项工作的一般性规律，进而指导工作实践，以期该项工作发挥更大的经济和社会效益。

Abstract:

Land development and consolidation is important for protecting national food security, improving the efficiency of land use in rural areas, and promoting sustainable use of resources. In recent years, land development and consolidation work has achieved remarkable results in Jinan city. Through analysis and summary on experiences and creative working methods of land development and consolidation work, general laws for doing this work has been revealed. It wil provide some references for gaining greater economic and social benefits.
