Abstract:Standard land price is the basis for guiding and managing the land price level. It reflects the trend of urban land market and has a certain present situation. According to the standard land price in 2007 and 2010, the internal structure ratio of standard land price has been calculated, including the similar rate indexes of land value at all levels and the similar chain indexes of land values. Through analysis, characteristics of the structure changes on standard land prices have been gained, and the rationality of the standard land prices have been judged as well. It will provide some academic and practical references for leading reasonable land use.
