Abstract:At present, there is no policies on the compensation of acquiring state-owned land by government. The compensations are mainly solved by consultations. In recent years, the deepening study on land development rights will provide a theoretic basis for the government to make the compensation methods for land acquisition. Because of the short life-expectancy of the building in our country, land acquisition and re-building is not only a waste of land assets, but also caused many social problems. Promoting the state-owned land usage right leasing system, shortening the period of land use right transfer and making it ruefully consistent with the life of the building will not only reduce the difficulty of the government acquisition of the land, but also can control the land after the land grant.
