临沭县国土资源电子政务系统的设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Egovernment of County Land and Resources System ——Setting Linshu County in Shandong Province as an Example

摘要:

随着计算机网络的快速发展和信息交换的日益频繁,利用先进的管理模式来实现对国土资源的有效管理,利用便捷的网络提供资源信息服务,利用强大的数据中心实现对数据的交换和共享,已成为国土资源管理工作发展的必然趋势。从临沭县国土资源电子政务系统建设的实践出发,从县级国土部门的业务和流程分析入手,进行了总体设计、系统建设、数据库建设的论述,总结了电子政务系统建设过程中的经验。

Abstract:

Accompanying with rapid development of computer networks and frequent information exchange, it is very necessary to realize the exchange and sharing of datas in land and resources work by using advanced management model to realize effective management of land and resources, and using convenient information service network to provide information for land and resources management. Based on practices of egovernment system construction in Linshu county, starting from the analysis on business and process of county land department, the overall design, system construction and database construction are discussed, and experiences of building egovernment systems are summarized as well.
