枣庄市国土资源局台儿庄分局国土资源档案中的电子文件归档管理探讨

Study on Filing Management of Electronic Land and Resources Documents in Tai'erzhuang District of Zaozhuang City

摘要:

该文对枣庄市国土资源局台儿庄分局国土资源档案管理中电子文件归档的规范化管理所存在的问题进行了探讨，认为基层国土部门在电子文件归档管理中不仅要规范电子文件归档的操作程序，还要建立健全基层国土电子文件归档管理制度，强化电子文件规范化管理意识，逐步提高电子文件管理的科学管理水平。

Abstract:

In this paper, problems occurred in standardized filing management of electronic land and resources documents in Tai'erzhuang Branch Bureau of Zaozhuang Bureau of Land and Resources are discussed. It is regarded that in filling management of electronic land and resources documents at grassroots, operation of electronic filing program should not only be standardized, but also electronic filing management system be established and improved, the awareness of standardized management of electronic documents be strengthened, and the level of scientific management of electronic documents be gradually improved.
