Abstract:Kayingdi leadzinc deposit is mainly occurred in contacted belt of early Carboniferous Akeshake group and late Ordovician Hudukedaban group. Through general survey, 15 leadzinc bodies have been circled. Among them, 4 are main ore bodies. Ⅰ4 ore body is located in unconformity surface and its two sides of limetones in late Ordovician Hudukedaban formation and early Carboniferous Akeshake group. Its total project controlling length is 523m, and the maximum oblique depth is 100m. Its tendency is 70 ° ~ 100 °, dip angle is generally 20 ° ~ 50 °,and the continuity is good. Thickness of singel project is 0.86 ~ 5.64m, and average thickness is 2.86m, and thickness variation coefficient is 70.57%; zinc thickness of single project is 0.80~5.64m, average thickness is 1.81m, and thickness variation coefficient is 93.97%. It belongs to relatively stable changes deposit. Lead grade of single project is 0.62%~16.47%, average grade is 4.53%, and coefficient of variation is 114.34%; zinc grade of single project is 0.53% ~12.37%, average grade is 3.78%, and coefficient of variation is 57.47%. It belongs to the type which useful components can be distributed uniformly. Through study on geological characteristics of this deposit, it is regarded that the deposit is a sedimentary, layer controlling and structural controlling type nonmagmatic hydrothermal deposits.
