摘要:

为提高土地资源配置效率、促进产业的优化升级，在对滨州市工业用地招拍挂出让制度实施情况进行认真调研基础上，针对工业用地招拍挂出让中存在的诸多问题，提出了完善工业用地招拍挂的措施和建议。

Abstract:

In order to improve efficiency of land allocation and promote industrial upgrading, on the basis of studying present condition of bidding, auction and transfer system of construction using land in Binzhou city, pointing to problmes occurred in implementation of bidding, auction and transfer of construction using land, relative countermeasures are put forward to perfect bidding and auction of constructon using land.
