Study on Intensive Use of Rural Residential Land in Penglai City

摘要:

针对蓬莱市农村宅基地利用现状，选取3个典型的宅基地集约利用乡镇，对宅基地集约利用存在的问题进行分析，从而提出合理可行的政策措施，来指导农村宅基地集约利用工作的展开，提高宅基地集约利用率。

Abstract:

Pointing to present condition of rural residential land use in Penglai city, selecting three typical towns of homestead intensive use, problems occurred in intensive land use of the homestead are analyzed, reasonable and feasible policies and countermeasures are put forward to guide the work of intensive use of rural residential land, and improve intensive utilization ratio of homestead.
