Abstract:In order to formulate rational overall policies and countermeasures for managing urban and rural construction using land in Dezhou city in the new round land use planning, on the basis of analyzing present condition of land use, by using factor analysis method, degree of intensive land use of construction using land are evaluated quantitatively. It is showed that: the rural residential using land has the highest proportion in construction using land, and presents a degressive tendency from west to east. Independent mining land area is the second and presents s degressive tendency from north to south. Construction using land of towns in each county (city, area) has the smallest proportion. The degree of intensive construction using land in Decheng district is the first in Dezhou city, and Leling city, Qingyun county, Lingxian county and Qihe are after it, while Linyi county is the last.
