开发区土地集约利用评价研究——以福建省福清融侨经济技术开发区为例

Study and Evaluation on Intensive Land Use in Economic Development Zone——Setting Rongqiao Economic Development Zone in Fuqing City as an Example

摘要:

针对目前我国开发区土地利用过程中产生的一系列问题，采用特尔婓法、AHP分析法、发展趋势估算法、目标值法等研究方法，对开发区土地的集约利用水平进行定量评价。以福建省福清市为例，论述了福清融侨经济技术开发区现阶段的土地集约利用水平，并以此为基础，提出如何有效提高土地集约利用水平的相关建议。

Abstract:

Pointing to a series of problems caused by land use in the conomic development zones currently, by using Delphi method, AHP analysis, development trend estimating method and target valuation method, the level of intensive land use in economic development zones has been evaluated quantitatively. Setting Fuqing city in Fujian province as an example, present level of intensive land use in Rongqiao Economic and Technologic Development Zone in Fuqing city is discussed, and some related suggestions on how to effectively improve the level of intensive land use are put forward as well.
