淄博市淄川区统筹城乡土地利用的调查与思考

Survey and Thoughts on Urban and Rural Land Use in Zichuan District of Zibo City

摘要:

以淄博市淄川区为例，介绍了新形势下统筹城乡土地利用的主要做法和取得的主要成绩，认为当前城乡土地利用存在的主要问题是违法占地、土地粗放利用和土地开发整理难度大等，并提出了解决对策。

Abstract:

In this paper, setting Zichuan district as an example, urban and rural land use in order to promote economic and social development scientifically under the new situation is studied. Problems occurred in rural and urban land use are discussed, and relative countermeasures for solving the problems are put forward as well.
