New Management Model of Land and Resources Adimistration in Kenli County

摘要:

管理创新对于加强和改善国土资源管理工作具有十分重要的意义。该文从机关管理创新的视角出发，对垦利县国土资源局实施管理体系认证和创建机关服务品牌的实践经验进行系统总结，深入分析，提出通过更新管理理念，引进先进管理手段，不断提高办事效率和服务质量，实现国土资源管理事业的持续健康发展。

Abstract:

Management innovation is of great significance for strengthening and improving the management of land and resources. In this paper, from the aspect of innovate adiministration management, practices on carrying out management system certification and the creation of the agency brand systematically in Kenli Bureau of Land and Resources are summarzied and analyzed. Some countermeasures, such as updating the management concept, introducing advanced management methods, and continuously improving work efficiency and service quality are put forward in order to realize sustainable and healthy development of land and resources management.
