Present Condition and Thoughts on Rural Housing Management in Dongchangfu District of Liaocheng City

摘要:

农村宅基地管理是建设新农村的重要任务。该文介绍了东昌府农村宅基地管理的现状及主要做法，阐述了存在的问题，并建议进一步完善宅基地管理法律制度和实施细则，加大法律法规宣传力度，增强规划意识和大局意识，建立农村宅基地有偿使用制度和宅基地使用权流转制度。

Abstract:

Rural housing management is an important task in building a new countryside. In this paper, present condition and major practices of rural housing management in Dongchangfu district are introduced, and some problems occurred in this work are described as well. it is recommended that further work should be done to improve the legal system and the implementation of rural housing management rules, strengthen laws and regulations, enhance the overall sense of awareness and planning, and establish compensation for rural residential land use system and homestead system.
