Abstract:Accompanying with social development and the deepening of economic reform, means and scope of rural land circulation are becoming more and more wide. How to promote land right transfer and improve the level of agricultural industrialization under the premise of guranteeing the rights of peasants is a long term goal and a practical issue. Setting survey datas of rural land contracting right in Songcun town as an example, present condition and characteristics of land circulation are analyzed, contradictions and problems existed at present are pointed out, and relative countermeasures of rural land circulation mechanism are put foward as well.
