农村宅基地问题是农村工作的焦点。该文结合惠民县农村宅基地的实际情况，阐述了惠民县农村宅基地的使用现状，分析了农村宅基地管理中存在的主要问题，并提出了加强农村宅基地管理的几点对策。

Abstract:

The land problem is the focus of the rural work. On the basis of the realities in Huimin county,present condition of rural land use is introduced, problems occurred in rural housing management are analyzed, and some suggestions for strengthening rural housing management are put forward as well.
