Abstract:Through analysis on land acquisition, management, reserve and transfer, on the basis of Yantai digital geographic information system, regarding GIS technology as a support tool, spatial information and attribute information during the period of land acquisition, reserve and transfer as the key data resources, efficient land acquisition, reserve and transfer management system has been established in Yantai city. The establishment of the system can simplify the process of land reserves, optimize land reserve and land development process, promote rhe utilization of land resources, and verify the advantages of GIS based on SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) framework.
