矿业是关系国力和民生的基础行业。矿业权又分采矿权和探矿权，2009年9月份开始的全国矿业权核查正是针对这两项内容开展的一次重要的国情调查。德州市矿产资源丰富，该次矿业权实地核查，对摸清德州市矿产资源分布及利用现状，以及提高对矿业权的管理水平都有重大意义。

Abstract:

Mineralogy is a basic industry which has close relation with national power and people's livelihood. Mineralogy rights can be divided into mining rights and prospecting rights. National mining verification started in September in 2009 is the content for these two important conditions to carry out an investigation. German city rich in mineral resources, field verification of mining rights in the second, find out the German city on the distribution and utilization of mineral resources, status, and to improve the management level of the mining rights are of great significance.
