Abstract:

Rizhao Bureau of Land and Resources has been innovated administration according to law, pushed forward administration by law vigorously, improved the rules and regulations, and perfected the supervision mechanism. Thus, an "open administration according to law" system has been created management of land and resources are improved as well.
