Study on Supervision of Construction Using Land After Regulatory Approval in Tai'an City

摘要:

批后监管工作一直是国土资源管理的薄弱环节，“重审批、轻监管”是导致土地闲置低效利用的原因之一。泰安市国土资源局按照上级要求，结合自身实际，对批后监管工作进行了有益探索，出台了规定，建立了制度，形成了长效机制，促进了土地的节约集约利用，产生了良好的社会效益和经济效益。

Abstract:

Supervision work of construction using land after regulatory approval has been a weak link in land resources management. "Emphasising on examination and approval, and neglecting regulatory supervision" is one of the reasons which caused inefficient use of land. According to higher requirements and combining with actual situation, regulatory supervision of construction using land after approval is studied, regulations and policies have been established, a long acting system has been formed, and concentrated land use promoted, and good social and economic benefits have been gained as well.
