黄河三角洲河口地区经济发展思路探讨

Ideas on Regional Economic Development in Hekou Area of the Yellow River

摘要:

随着国家对黄河三角洲高效生态经济区发展规划的批复，如何加强黄河入海流路管理及其范围内土地开发，既要符合国家对河口治理的综合规划和土地规划，又能促进黄河三角洲高效生态经济快速发展，已成为突出问题。文章对黄河入海河口基本情况及如何管理和对其范围内土地进行合理利用开发提出了建议和意见。

Abstract:

Accompanying with the approval of development plan for ecological and economic efficiency in the Yellow River delta area. It is very important to strengthen the management of the Yellow River flow road into the sea and land development, meet the comprehensive planning and land management planning, and promote rapid development of efficient ecological economy in the Yellow River delta area. Some suggestions for managing the estuary of the Yellow River and realizing rational land use are put forward in this paper.
