鄄城县耕地保护问题与对策

Study on Problems and Relative Countermeasuresof Farmland Protection in Juancheng County

摘要:

2005年末，鄄城县土地更新调查显示耕地面积为66741hm2，根据预测规划期变化情况，最终确定2010年耕地保有量目标为66681hm2，2020年耕地保有量目标为66986hm2。该文总结了鄄城县历年来耕地数量和质量变化情况及其原因，分析存在的问题，预测耕地保护规模与目标，提出进一步加强鄄城县耕地保护的对策措施。

Abstract:

In the end of 2005, as showed by the updated survey, cultivated land square in Juancheng county is 66741hm2. According to forecast changes in the planning period, it is determined that the amount of cultivated land by the end of 2010 is 66681hm2, and the amount of cultivated land by the end of 2020 is 66986hm2. In this paper, the origin which caused the change of quantity and quality of arable land in Juancheng over the years are summarized, problems are analyzed, the scale and objectives of land protection are predicated, and countermeasures for enhancing protection of cultivated land are put forward as well.
