招远市砂资源开发管理存在的问题及对策

近年来，招远市砂资源开发管理出现无序混乱现象，对生态环境也造成了一定的破坏。招远市组织开展了“砂资源开发利用专项治理整顿”活动，坚持“开发与治理并举，浪费与破坏并重；在保护中开发，在开发中保护”原则，制定了一整套科学管理模式，彻底实现了矿业秩序的根本好转。

Abstract:

In recent years, development and management of sand resources in Zhaoyuan city is in a disorder and confusion condition. It has destroyed ecological environment. Thus, "special rectification of sand resource" is carried out in Zhaoyuan city. Regarding "development and management simultaneously, and paid attention on both waste and destruction; doing protection work during the development, doing development work during protection" as the principle, a set of scientific management models have been made to realize the fundamental improvement of mining order.
