潍坊市按照“高定位，争第一，创一流，求卓越，晋级升位创品牌”工作目标，认真把握“提高素质，创新机制，构建和谐，树新形象”的工作要求，努力把国土资源所建设成为“机构健全、设施配套、服务到位、管理规范、运转协调、廉洁高效”的窗口单位，切实提高干部队伍整体素质，夯实国土资源管理的基层基础，加快实现管理制度化、规范化和科学化，为保护国土资源，服务社会群众，化解矛盾纠纷，树立部门形象发挥了重要作用。

Abstract:

According to the working objectives of "high positioning, striving for No.1, creating the first class work, pursuing excellence, upgrading and rising in rank, grasping the requirements of "improving qualities, innovating mechanisms, building harmony and establishing new images", and trying hard to construct land and resources stations into window units as "complete organizational structure, well equipped facilities, superior service, standardized administration, coordinated function, clean and high efficient". It will improve the overall quality of the ranks of cadres, lay a solid foundation for land and resources administration from the grass root level, and fasten the institutionalization, standardization and scientification of administration. These stations play an important role in protecting land and resources, serving social masses, resolving disputes and conflicts and fasten the economic and social development.
