Abstract:Setting farmland protection, scientific planning and rational land use as the guiding ideology, Zichuan Branch Bureau of Land and Resources has done many work to promote the combination between urban and rural land plan and total plan of land use, strengthen comprehensive management of water conservancy and increase law enforcement. On the basis of analyzing difficulties and problems occurred in the new rural construction, relative countermeasures are put forward to promote land and resources management work, such as striving for the support of central government and provincial government policies, making full use of current policies, strengthening land consolidation in old village, combining villages and towns land use planning together, doing a good job in rural construction and land management; actively exploring the land levying system reform, and realizing dynamic inspection.
