Abstract:Combining with practical condition, supervision working system on how to carry out policies regulated by the Ministry of Land and Resources and Shandong Department of Land and Resources are studied in this paper. Practices, experiences and shortcomings after the recognition of mineral resources supervision staff are summarized; countermeasures for improving the standard management of mineral resources supervision staff, summarizing experiences timely, strengthening technology training, and perfecting basic information order are put forward as well. It will promote standard management level of mineral resources.
