开创国土资源管理事业新局面和带出一支高素质的干部队伍成为国土资源管理工作面前的重大课题。临沭县国土资源局以满足经济社会发展和国土资源管理需要为宗旨，以国土资源业务管理为主线，以促进高效管理、科学决策和依法行政为目标，突出现代化、精细化管理特点，走出了一条以信息化建设推进精细化管理的新思路。

Abstract:

How to create a new situation of land and resources management, and how to bring out a high quality cadres have become an important problem in land and resources management. In order to meet the demand of economic and social development and land and resource management, setting land and resources management as the emphasis, regarding efficient management, scientific decision and administration by law as the goal, and stressing on the characteristics of modern and sophisticated management, a new way of information construction has been created in Linshu Bureau of Land and Resources.
