Practices on Farmland Protection in Zhangqiu City

摘要:

加强耕地保护和促进经济建设是一对矛盾统一体，章丘市立足全市实际，采取多种手段和措施，实现耕地保护工作的六个转变，达到了保障粮食安全，维护社会稳定，促进了经济社会全面、协调和可持续发展。

Abstract:

Strengthening farmland protection and promotion of economic development are a pair of contradictory opposites. Based on the city's reality, carrying out various means and countermeasures, six changes on protection of farmland in Zhangqiu city have been realized. Thus, food security has been guranteed, social stability has been maintained and economy and society have been developed compresively, coordinately and sustainably.
