文登市基本农田示范区建设的探索

Study on Constructing Basic Farmland Protection Demonstration Zones in Wendeng City

摘要:

基本农田保护是耕地保护工作的重中之重，事关粮食安全、经济发展和社会稳定。文登市坚持以科学发展观为指导，以保护基本农田为中心，以提高粮食综合生产能力为目标，以改善农业生产条件和区域生态环境为前提，按照“点面兼顾、合理布局、整体推进、全面提高”的建设原则，切实做好基本农田保护示范区的建设工作。

Abstract:

Basic farmland protection is the most important task for food security, economic development and social stability. Wendeng city adheres to scientific development thought as guidance, regarding basic farmland protection as the emphasis, regarding the increasing of food production capacity as the goal, regarding improvement of agricultural production conditions and ecological environment as the premise, and in accordance with "point and area into account, rational distribution, overall progress, overall improvement" as the construction principles, construction of basic farmland demonstration zones has been done well.
