简析烟台市土地储备工作的合理定位

Analysis on Reasonable Positioning of Land Reserve Work in Yantai City

摘要:

土地储备可以提高政府对土地市场的调控能力，该文结合烟台市土地储备工作的调查研究，建议在分析土地储备风险的同时，确定土地储备的合理定位，完善风险防范机制，增加政府收益，避免国有资产流失。

Abstract:

Land reserve can increase government's ability to regulate and control land market. In this paper, combining with survey and study of land reserve work in Yantai city, it is suggested that on the basis analyzing of the risk of land reserve, reasonable land reserves positioning should be determined, risk prevention mechanism should be improved and government revenues should be increased to avoid the loss of state assets.
