利用遥感应用软件，对SPOT5遥感影像进行纠正，在Photoshop和Geoway等软件支持下，叠合卫星遥感影像与航空影像，确定变化区域，进行遥感影像与矢量数据同名点的配准，矢栅叠加，再结合外业调绘，进行数据库更新。
