在土地整理工程中，以往解决农田灌溉使用的是小型渠道，这种渠道占用土地面积大，施工工序繁多，且存在易损坏等诸多缺陷。该文介绍了新型防渗渠道——装配式U型渠制作、装配流程及在防渗衬砌渠道中的具体做法，认为其具有节水、防渗及占地少等诸多优点，值得在农田标准化建设中大力推广。
