摘要:

以临沂市城市土地利用状况为对象，运用多目标综合评价法构建土地集约利用的评价体系，采用层次分析法（AHP）确定指标权重，对各指标值进行无量纲化处理，然后进行加权综合评分，得出评价结果。将评价结果进行了横向和纵向对比，分析了临沂市土地集约利用方面存在的问题和不足，提出了相应的对策建议。
